This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for tours booked through Desert Tours Morocco.
Customer Cancellations
More than 14 days before the tour
Full refund of the amount paid, excluding any non-refundable deposits already committed to hotels or service providers.
7 to 14 days before the tour
50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the tour
No refund is provided, as arrangements and logistics have already been finalized.
No-Show
Failure to appear on the scheduled day of the tour results in no refund.
Cancellation by Desert Tours Morocco
If we must cancel a tour due to:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Safety concerns
Operational issues
Force majeure
We will offer:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled date or alternative tour of equal value
Modifications
Changes requested by the customer (dates, number of travelers, pickup locations) are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the change.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days).
Non-Refundable Costs
Some prepaid hotel or camp deposits may be non-refundable. Customers will be informed of such cases during booking.
